Welcome to IMU (the “Platform” or “APP”). The Platform is provided and controlled by HONG KONG WURUI TECHNOLOGY CO.,LIMITED.
The Privacy Policy("Policy") was written in English (US) and will be the agreement between You and HONG KONG WURUI TECHNOLOGY CO.,LIMITED while you are using IMU.
To the extent any translated version of this Policy conflicts against the English version, this English version prevails.

By installing, using, registering to or otherwise accessing the services, you agree to this privacy policy and give an explicit and informed consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this privacy policy. If you do not accept and agree with our privacy policy then you must not access or use the app.
1. IMU user's information
To join IMU you will provide us with information about you to make friends easier,such as your nickname, your picture, your gender, your date of birth. Because you control your user profile, these details are available to you at any time by accessing your “Profile” page, which gives you the chance to correct or update your information at any time by just logging in to IMU.
What information does IMU collect
Once you have created a Profile, we will automatically track certain information such as your IP, device locale, timezone. And we also collect infomation about WiFi access points as well as other location information about your longitude and latitude. We may from time to time allow our employees to use the product for testing and user engagement purposes.
For safety and security and to ensure you have the best possible user experience, we require users to verify their accounts (because we want to make sure you are not a robot!) and might ask for your phone number or Facebook Account. We won't publicize your phone number without your consent.
When you use our Service, our servers automatically record certain log file information, including your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information. The information allows for more accurate reporting and improvement of the Service.
How we use your information
In addition to some of the specific uses of information we describe in this Privacy Policy, we may use information that we receive to:
(1) remember information so you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the Service;
(2) provide personalized content and information to you and others, which could include online ads or other forms of marketing;
(3) provide, improve, test, and monitor the effectiveness of our Service;
(4) develop and test new products and features;
(5) monitor metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns;

(7) automatically update the APP on your device IMU or other Users may run contests, special offers or other events or activities ("Events") on the Service. If you do not want to participate in an Event, do not use the particular Metadata (i.e. hashtag or geotag) associated with that Event.
If I put other information about me on the IMU, what does IMU do with it?
IMU is a free social Live app, which provides you to voice chat with your friends. In the app, you can find new friends, go Live, join a Live, send gifts, get profits by receiving gifts. When using the service you should assume that anything you post or submit will be publicly viewable and accessible, both by users of the Service and non-Users of the Service. The viewers may share your information to other sites, such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc. You can also use our messaging/charting features which allow you to communicate with other users in public and/or privately. We recommend and encourage you (and all our users) to think carefully about the information you disclose about yourselves. We also do not recommend that you put email addresses, URLs, instant messaging details, phone numbers, full names or addresses, credit card details, national identity numbers, drivers’ licence details and other sensitive information in your Profile which is open to abuse and misuse.
Please be careful about posting sensitive details about yourself on you Profile such as your religious denomination and health details. While you may voluntarily provide this information to us when you create your Profile, including your sexual preferences and ethnic background, there is no requirement to do so. Please remember that photographs or any video clips that you post on IMU may reveal these kinds of sensitive personal data. Where you do upload and choose to tell us sensitive information about yourself, you are explicitly consenting to our processing your information and making this public to other users.
When you post information about yourself or use the messaging, the amount of personal information you share is at your own risk. If you post anything that is inconsistent with our Terms of Service we reserve the right to terminate your account.
Can IMU collect information about me from other sites I use, such as Facebook?
You can register with third party accounts on IMU. Remember that when you register with a IMU partner, you are also giving them personal information, so we recommend that you read their privacy policies as IMU does not control how they use their information.
If you have registered on one of our partner websites, or you have verified your account via a partner website, we may connect your IMU profile with your profile on such partner website. We may do this by way of new products and applications which we introduce from time to time, including new products powered by our group companies.
Does IMU collect any other personal information about me?
If you contact our Customer Support team via feedback features in our Service or through any other means, we may receive your email address, your IP address as well as the information you send to us to help resolve your query. When you provide feedbacks to us you automatically consent us to receive and use such information. You also consent that we are allowed to keep records of our communications with you, including any complaints that we receive from you about other users (and from other users about you).
Does IMU use my personal information for any other purpose?
We may use material that you post on the open access areas of IMU in advertising and promotional materials on our partner sites and partner products. We believe these uses allow us to improve our site and better tailor your online experience to meet your needs.
When I put information about myself on IMU, what do the other users see?
To ensure you get to meet as many people as possible on IMU, other users get to see all information on your Profile. Any information you choose to provide should reflect how much you want other IMU users to know about you.
What am I allowed to do with other user’s personal information?
Use it to meet new friends and make new contacts! Beware that you may not use other users' information for commercial purposes, to spam, to harass, to threat, or in any illegal activity. IMU reserves the right to terminate accounts from those who misuse other users' information.
2. Third parties
Does IMU sell my information to other parties?
Not at all. We do not sell or rent out any personal information about you to any third party. IMU discloses aggregated non-personal data for marketing and promotional purposes. That means we do not disclose any information that could be used to identify you.
We may share aggregated information with such parties as Facebook that includes your personal information (but which doesn’t identify you directly), together with other information including log data with third parties for industry analysis and demographic profiling.
IMU also wishes to maintain a healthy community, and we will cooperate with all third parties to enforce their intellectual property or other rights. We will also cooperate with law enforcement enquiries from within and/or outside your country of residence. This may include disclosing your personal information to government or law enforcement agencies, or private parties, to protect the rights, property or safety of IMU and the users of APP, or to protect public interest when we have a good faith belief that disclosure is required by law or when we, in our discretion, believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights, or those of third parties and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on us. In such cases, we may raise or waive any legal objection or right available to us.
3. Data storage
IMU is a global social application operating through servers located in a number of countries around the world, including the United States. If you live in a country with data protection laws, the storage of your personal data may not provide you with the same protections as you enjoy in your country of residence. By submitting your personal information, or by choosing to upgrade the services you use, or by making use of the applications available on IMU, you agree to the transfer of your personal information to, and storage and processing of your personal information in, any such countries and destinations.
4. Security
How does IMU protect my personal information?
IMU has implemented reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect and prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control, including your personal information. IMU uses reasonable security measures to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information such as secured servers using firewalls. Our technical experts at IMU work hard to ensure your secure use of our site.
We cannot guarantee the security of your personal data while it is being transmitted to our site. Any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information we have procedures and security features in place to try to prevent unauthorized access.
How do I help keep my information secure?
You may not disclose your password to any third parties or share it with any third parties. If you lose your password or give it out, your personal information may be compromised. If that happens, please report it to our customer service via Feedback. IMU cannot be held responsible for your failure to keep your password secure and failure to do so may violate our Terms of Service.
5. Your rights
You can review and revise your profile information at any time. Once you register, you will be able to review and change much of your personal information.
6. Legal Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to the choice of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre(“HKIAC”) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the HKIAC for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The seat of the arbitration shall be Hong Kong.

You acknowledge any information transmitted may be intercepted. IMU does not warrant that its service or the servers which make the Service available or electronic communications transmitted are free from viruses, worms, horses and other items of a destructive nature.

Limitation of Liability
imu will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or relating to the use or the inability to use app, its content or links, including but not limited to damages caused by or related to errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delay in operation or transmission, virus, application failure, and all other direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages even if imu has been advised of the possibility of such damages. imu's total liability to you for all losses, damages, and causes of action, including but not limited to those based on contract, tort or otherwise, arising out of your use of app, its content or links, shall not exceed the amount of usd 500 dollars.
Prohibited Usage
You will not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or not allowed by IMU. You may not use our Service or its contents in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or interfere with any person to use this Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service other accounts, computer systems or networks connection through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not use or attempt to use this Service through any means unanticipated or intentionally made available by IMU.
IP Protection
IMU respects intellectual property laws and has adopted the following policy toward intellectual property infringement on its products/services. Reporting Instances of Intellectual Property Violations If you believe that any materials or contents in IMU‘s APP infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets (collectively “IP Right”), please send a notice of IP Rights infringement to IMU's agent with a physical signature of the owner of the IP Right that has been allegedly infringed.
(1) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its location on the IMU network, with sufficient detail so that IMU is capable of finding the material and verifying its existence. Please address your intention to remove the alleged infringed materials.
(2) Contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
(3) A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the IP Right owner, its agent or law.
(4) A statement by you that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are the IP Right owner or authorized to act on the IP Right owner's behalf.
(5) Agree to undertake compensation responsibility to IMU for any false and incorrect information addressed in above statements.

In-App Purchase and Subscription
In-App Purchases.
IMU offers virtual items, which we call “gold coins”, and additional services for purchase through the App Store, Google Play or other application platforms ("in-app purchases"). When you make in-app purchases, you will be prompted to enter details for your account with the mobile platform you are using (e.g. Apple, Android, etc.)"your IAP Account"), and your IAP Account will be charged for the in-app purchase in accordance with the terms disclosed to you at the time of purchase as well as the general terms for in-app purchases that apply to your lAP Account, and bear applicable taxes. The price of the gold coins will be displayed at the point of purchase. All charges and payments will be made in the currency specified at the point of purchase through the relevant payment mechanism. Currency exchange settlements, foreign transaction fees and payment IMU fees, if any, are based on your agreement with the applicable payment provider.
Subscription Tips :If you purchase an auto-recurring periodic subscription through an in-app purchase, your IAP Account will be billed continuously for the subscription until you cancel in accordance with the platform terms. In all cases, please refer to the terms of your application platform which apply to your in-app purchases. You agree to pay your subscription fee in advance of receiving any such Subscription Service. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. You agree that if you purchase Subscription Services through the Application Store, all payment related questions, issues, disagreements, and/or disputes shall be handled in accordance with the terms of service or other legal agreements that govern your use of a given payment processing service and/or method, and in no event will IMU have any responsibility in connection with any of the foregoing. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal; Subscriptions can be managed by the user: You can turn off automatic renewal after purchase through the application platform's "Subscription Management"; No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.Refunds. Unless otherwise specified in these Terms of Service or required under the applicable law in your jurisdiction, any digital goods including gold coins and Subscription Services are not refundable after purchase.
Copyright Complaints
IMU respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, you should notify IMU of your infringement claim in accordance with the procedure set forth below. IMU will process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable intellectual property laws with respect to any alleged or actual infringement. To be effective, the notification must be in writing and contain the following information: an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest; a description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed; a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the IMU Service, with enough detail that we may find it on the IMU Service; your address, telephone number, and email address; a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf. If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to upload and use the content in your content, you may send a written counter-notice containing the following information to the Copyright Agent: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled; a statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the content; and your name, address, telephone number, and email address, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the competent court located within BVI and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement. If a counter-notice is received by the Copyright Agent, IMU will send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing that person that it may replace the removed content or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member or user, the removed content may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, at our sole discretion.
