Welcome to use IMU (hereinafter referred to as "platform" or "APP"). This platform is provided and controlled by HONG KONG WURUI TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, with its registered address at Room 1307, 13th Floor, Kunbao Commercial Building, 335-339 Queen's Road West, Hong Kong, 050100. The terms of service are in English (US English) and constitute an agreement between you and Hong Kong Wurui Technology Co., Ltd. When you use IMU, you agree to these terms.
This agreement is between the IMU team (owner and operator of IMU) and the IMU client and content (including through the IMU website) https://www.wurui.xyz All provided content and you ("you" or "you") jointly sign, and IMU has zero tolerance for any inappropriate content or malicious users. If you do not agree to any terms, you may not use the service.
These terms of service apply to all users of IMU services. The status information provided by IMU may include links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by IMU. IMU assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. In addition, IMU cannot review or edit the content of any third-party websites. By using this service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that IMU shall not be liable for any damages, claims or other liabilities arising from your use of any third-party website.
1. Comply with the terms of use. Your access and use of our services are subject to these Terms of Use, your agreement to the privacy policy of this platform, and any applicable laws, rules, and regulations applicable to our services.
2. Age requirements. Although we do provide content suitable for children, children should not use our services without the supervision and approval of their parents or guardians. If you are under the age of 12 (or the legal age of majority in your state, region, or country of residence), you are not allowed to register or use our services or provide us with your personal data.
3. Binding agreement. By registering for our services or accessing any content, you enter into a binding agreement with us and confirm that any information you provide to us is always true, accurate, and complete, and that you are:
a. At the age of 18 (or the legal age of majority in your state, region, or country of residence), you agree and consent to be bound by these TOUs and other agreements; perhaps
b. If you are over 12 years old but under 18 years old (or under the legal age of majority in your state, region, or country of residence), your parents or guardians have agreed to allow you to use our services and access any content. This type of consent should also include representing your agreement to these terms of use and other agreements (including any modifications you make to our account).
4. Account operation and usage. You are responsible for all use of your account, including the use of your account by other members of your family or acquaintances. By allowing others to access your account or create personal profiles in your account, you agree to be responsible for ensuring that they comply with these terms of use and other agreements, and you agree to be responsible for their activities while using our services.
5. Accurate data. You confirm and guarantee that all data and information you provide to us are accurate in all aspects, and you agree to update your registration data in a timely manner as necessary to ensure that your registration data remains accurate at all times.
6. Software updates. By downloading, installing, or using our services, you agree to receive automatic software updates (if applicable).
7. Malicious software. You shall not intentionally or recklessly introduce viruses or other harmful components, or otherwise tamper with, damage or impair our services or connected networks, or interfere with the use or enjoyment of our services by any individual or entity.
I. Definition: The term "user content" used in these terms refers to any content uploaded, published, or transmitted (collectively referred to as "published") by users to this service, including but not limited to any textual content, photos, and sounds. Please note that "user content" here does not include the content provided by the company to users through this service (hereinafter referred to as "company content"), which is defined as all content provided by the company to users through this service, including but not limited to any text, graphics, photos, software, and interactive functions.
II. No user content filtering: Users can publish user content to the service or transmit it through the service. Although we strive to ensure that all user content complies with our community guidelines (which you can view on our application), we do not pre screen any user content submitted or publicly posted. However, we reserve the right to delete, prohibit, or temporarily block any user content that we believe violates these terms, our community guidelines, or any applicable laws, or (ii) in response to complaints from other users, whether notified or not. Due to our inability to review all user content, we cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, authenticity, appropriateness, or quality. Therefore, any use or reliance on any user content is at your own risk.
III. User content ownership; License: You are the owner and reserve the right to publish and display user content on your service and through this service. However, you grant us a global, transferable, transferrable, royalty free license to copy, distribute, publicly display, transmit, and make derivative works available to the public through any media and format now known or later developed, and to otherwise develop and use all user content published by you or through this service for (i) advertising, marketing, and promoting the company and services; (ii) Display and share your user content with other users of this service; (iii) Provide services in accordance with these terms. If you terminate your account or delete any of your user content from the service after publication, your user content license will be permanently and irrevocably terminated. In addition, you grant us and our branches and business partners an unrestricted global royalty free license and the right to use your username, image, voice, and portrait to identify you as the source of any user content. Please note that you are not allowed to post any user content that you consider confidential or proprietary on or through this service. Any user content you post or send to us through this service will be considered non confidential and non proprietary, and will be processed and used by us. Our company may use such content in accordance with these terms without further notice and without any liability. It should be pointed out that the authorization mentioned in this paragraph includes but is not limited to the right to copy your user content on a royalty free basis, which means that you grant us the right to use your user content without paying royalties to you or any third party involved in creating the user content.
IV. User Content Restrictions: By publishing user content to the service, you must comply with the following restrictions: (i) You must be the owner of the user content you publish or publish through this service, or have the authority to grant the licenses specified in these terms; (ii) The user content delivered and used by you or through this service shall not infringe upon anyone's privacy, publicity, copyright, contractual rights, intellectual property or any other rights; (iii) Posting your user content on the service should not require us to obtain any further licenses or pay any royalties, fees, remuneration or other amounts from any third party, or provide any attribution to any third party; (iv) Posting your user content on the service shall not result in any breach of contract between you and third parties.
V. Prohibited Content: You are not allowed to post any user content that we have identified as "prohibited content", including but not limited to the following:
Pornographic content, including pornographic or erotic content (involving icons, titles, or descriptions, etc.). We have a zero tolerance policy towards images of child sexual abuse. If we discover any user content containing images of child sexual abuse, we will immediately report to the relevant authorities and delete the submitted user account;
Violent and bullying content, that is, user content must not contain materials that threaten, harass, or bully other users or third parties, including descriptions of violence, unjustified harm, or other aspects towards anyone's location or property, or incite violence, including suicide;
Hate speech, which means that user content must not promote prejudice, discrimination, hatred, intolerance or racism based on race or ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, nationality, retirement status, sexual orientation or gender identity, or target any individual or group;
Sensitive event content, which may be seen as capitalizing on or lacking reasonable sensitivity to natural disasters, atrocities, conflicts, deaths, or other tragic events, is not allowed;
Illegal activity content, which means using this service for any illegal or unlawful purpose, including but not limited to tracking and sexually exploiting any user; as well as
Content that infringes intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark rights, privacy rights, and publicity rights, refers to user content that violates any third-party rights.
The term and termination of the terms, as well as the validity period of these terms. These terms shall be valid from the date of your first use of this service until terminated by either you or us.
Terminate. You can terminate all other services by deleting your account and application from the mobile device where the application was installed. If you wish to remove any user content from the service, you can use the licensing function of the application to do so, but removing or deleting such user content will not terminate these terms. If you violate these terms or any of the terms of our application, or infringe upon the rights of any third-party copyright owner, we have the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate these terms and your access to all or any part of this service at any time without further notice or liability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such termination events through the email address associated with your account or on your next attempt to access your account, depending on the specific circumstances, but this may not always be possible.
1. Subject to your compliance with these terms of service, IMU grants you permission to use the service, provided that:
(1) Your use of the service is limited to personal non-commercial purposes only;
(2) Without prior written authorization from IMU, you are not allowed to copy, transfer, provide access, reproduce or distribute any part of the service;
(3) You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, modify or alter any part of the service;
(4) You will comply with the other terms and conditions of these service terms.
2. In order to access and use the functions of the service, you confirm and agree that you must provide IMU with your phone number and the third-party phone number you wish to use the service with. When providing a phone number, you must provide accurate and complete information. You hereby expressly agree to IMU using the phone number you provided in order to provide you with access and use of the services. You are not allowed to use someone else's phone number without their permission. You are responsible for the status messages displayed on your phone number. If there is a security breach or unauthorized use of your account, you must immediately notify IMU. Although IMU is not responsible for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account, you may be held responsible for any losses suffered by IMU or others due to unauthorized use of your account.
The design of IMU services and all texts, scripts, graphics (including stickers), interactive features, etc. related to IMU services (collectively referred to as "IMU client and content"), except for all user status submissions (defined below), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein ("trademarks"), are owned by IMU or authorized for use by IMU, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights under UAE and other foreign laws and international conventions. According to these terms of service, you are granted a personal, non-commercial, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable limited license for the installation and use of IMU clients and content related to the service. This service, including IMU client and content, only provides you with personal non-commercial information. IMU reserves all rights not expressly granted to the service, IMU client, and content. You agree not to use, copy, distribute or otherwise exploit the IMU client and content in any way, except as expressly permitted in these terms, and in particular not to use, copy or distribute third-party user status submissions obtained through the service for commercial purposes. You also agree not to use the IMU client and content in any way that infringes or violates the rights of any third party, and IMU shall not be liable for such use by you.
1. IMU has zero tolerance for inappropriate content or malicious users.
2. IMU uses artificial intelligence technology to automatically identify pornographic content. Any user who posts pornographic content in their personal profile, background, or chat room will be blocked within 24 hours.
3. IMU administrators have the right to supervise and investigate. Users can immediately report any malicious, suspicious, or inappropriate online behavior. Depending on the severity of the behavior, user accounts may be banned.
4. To prevent harassment, users have the right to kick other users out of their rooms and add them to the blacklist.
1. IMU services allow submission of status text and other communications submitted by you and other users ("User Status Submissions"), as well as hosting, sharing, and/or publishing of these User Status Submissions. As described below, you reserve all rights to submit your user status. You understand that regardless of whether these user status submissions are published or not, IMU does not guarantee the confidentiality of any submissions.
2. You will be responsible for submitting and publishing your user status or the consequences of publishing them. Because IMU only serves as a repository for data, the status submitted by users does not necessarily represent the views or opinions of IMU, and IMU does not guarantee the validity, accuracy, or legal status of any status. Regarding user status submissions, you declare, represent, and/or warrant that: (i) you own or have obtained the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and licenses to use and authorize IMU to use all patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other proprietary rights to include and use all of your user status submissions in accordance with the Services and these Terms of Service; And (ii) you have obtained written consent, permission, and/or authorization from each identifiable individual to include and use the name or likeness of each identifiable individual in the services and these terms of service. To be clear: You reserve all rights to submit user status, but you must first have the relevant rights. However, by submitting user status to IMU, you hereby grant IMU a non exclusive, royalty free, sublicensable, and transferable license worldwide to use, copy, distribute, prepare derivative works, display, and perform user status submissions in connection with IMU services and IMU (and its successors) business, including but not limited to promoting and redistributing some or all IMU services (and its derivative works) in any media format and any media IMUs. You hereby grant each IMU service subscriber a non exclusive license to access your user status submissions through the service, email, and mobile phone, and to display the portion of user status submissions in accordance with the service features and these terms of service. Once you delete or delete user status submissions from the IMU service, the aforementioned license shall terminate.
3. During the user status submission process, you further agree not to:
(1) Submit materials protected by copyright, trade secrets, or other third-party proprietary rights, including privacy and disclosure rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have obtained permission from the owner to publish such materials and grant IMU all license rights granted in these Terms of Service;
(2) Posting false information or misrepresentations that may harm IMU or any third party;
(3) Submit materials that are illegal, obscene, defamatory, false, threatening, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically discriminatory, or encourage behavior that constitutes a criminal offense, causes civil liability, violates any law, or is inappropriate;
(4) Publish advertisements or commercial solicitations;
(5) Impersonate others;
(6) Sending or storing materials containing malicious software viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful computer code, files, scripts, agents, or programs;
(7) Interference or disruption of the integrity or performance of the service and its data;
(8) Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the service or its related systems or networks.
4. Adult content must be labeled as adult content. IMU does not endorse any user status submissions, or any views, suggestions, or opinions expressed therein, and IMU expressly denies any and all responsibility related to user status submissions. IMU does not allow copyright infringement activities and intellectual property infringement through its services. If appropriate notice is received, IMU will delete all infringing content and user status submissions. IMU reserves the right to delete content and user status submissions without prior notice. If a user is identified as a repeat infringer or terminates their access to the service for any reason or without reason (including annoyance), IMU may also terminate their user's access. Duplicate infringers refer to users who have received infringement activity notifications more than once and/or whose user status submissions have been deleted from the website more than twice. Disgusting individuals refer to those who are deemed annoying by IMU authorized employees, agents, sub agents, or super agents (with or without malicious intent). IMU also reserves the right to determine whether content or user status submissions are appropriate and comply with these terms of service, except for copyright infringement and violations of intellectual property laws, such as but not limited to excessively long or limited interest content. IMU may delete such user status submissions and/or terminate user access to such materials uploaded in violation of these terms of service at any time without prior notice, and at IMU's sole discretion.
5. You understand that when using IMU services, you will be exposed to user status submissions from different sources. IMU is not responsible for the accuracy, practicality, security, or intellectual property of these user status submissions, and these user status submissions are not within IMU's scope of responsibility. You further understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or offensive user status submissions. You agree to waive and hereby waive any legal or equitable rights or remedies that IMU may have with respect to such content, and agree to indemnify and hold IMU, its owners/operators, affiliates, and/or licensors harmless to the fullest extent permitted by law in all matters relating to your use of the website.
6. IMU allows you to link materials to the service only for personal non-commercial purposes. The commercial version can be provided under separate licenses and terms. IMU reserves the right to suspend any aspect of IMU services at any time. You agree that the use of IMU services will be entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMU and its executives, directors, employees, and agents make no express or implied warranties with respect to the services and your use of the services. IMU does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the service content, nor is it responsible for any of the following situations:
(I) Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the content;
(II) Any personal injury or property damage, regardless of its nature, caused by your access to and use of our services;
(III) Any unauthorized access or use of our servers and any personal and/or financial information stored therein;
(IV) Any transmission interruption or suspension of our services;
(V) Any virus, worm, Trojan horse or similar malicious program that may spread through our services through third-party actions;
(VI) Any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage resulting from the use of any content provided through IMU services for publication, email transmission, transmission, or other means.
7. IMU does not guarantee, endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for any third-party products or services provided through IMU services or any hyperlink websites, or in any user status submissions or other advertisements. IMU will not participate in or be responsible in any way for monitoring any transactions between you and third-party product or service providers. As with purchasing products or services through any medium or environment, you should act with caution and make the best judgment when appropriate. I declare again that it is for entertainment purposes only.
In any case, IMU、 Its executives, directors, employees or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages resulting from:
(1) Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the content;
(2) Any personal injury or property damage, regardless of the nature, caused by your access to and use of our services;
(3) Any unauthorized access or use of our secure servers and any personal and/or financial information stored therein;
(4) Any transmission interruption or suspension;
(5) Any virus, worm, Trojan horse or similar malicious program that may be spread through third-party behavior;
(6) Any errors or omissions in the content, or any loss or damage resulting from the use of any content provided through IMU client and content publishing, email transmission, transmission, or other means. Whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory, regardless of whether the company has been informed of the possibility of such damages. The aforementioned limitation of liability shall apply within the scope permitted by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. You expressly acknowledge that IMU is not responsible for any defamatory, offensive, or illegal behavior submitted by users or any third party, and any risks arising therefrom are entirely borne by you. You agree that you will not use this product while driving a motor vehicle, for time critical or emergency services or events, or for any operation that may result in injury, death, or economic loss. IMU does not declare that IMU services are applicable to all locations or available. Those who access IMU or use IMU services from other jurisdictions should voluntarily do so and be responsible for complying with local laws.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IMU, its parent company, executives, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or liabilities, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney fees) arising from:
(i) You use and access IMU services;
(ii) You violate any terms of these Terms of Service;
(iii) You infringe upon any third-party rights, including but not limited to any copyright, property, or privacy rights;
(iv) Any claim that your user status submission has caused damage to third parties. This defense and compensation obligation will continue to be valid after these terms of service and your use of IMU services. We do not support or encourage the illegal consumption of alcohol or tobacco.
These terms of service and any rights and licenses granted therein cannot be transferred or assigned by you, but IMU may transfer them without limitation.
You agree that: (i) IMU services shall be treated as a passive server and shall not have personal jurisdiction over IMU in jurisdictions outside the BVI; (ii) In the event of any legal disputes, you agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of Hong Kong. These terms of service shall be governed by the substantive laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its principles of conflict of laws. Any disputes arising from or related to IMU services between you and IMU shall be specifically adjudicated by a court with jurisdiction in Hong Kong. The privacy policy and other legal statements released by IMU will constitute the complete agreement between you and IMU regarding IMU services. If any provision of these Terms of Service is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalid provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Service, which shall remain in full force and effect. The waiver of any provision shall not be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that provision or any other provision, and IMU's failure to assert any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. IMU reserves the right to modify or change these terms of service at any time, and it is your responsibility to check if there have been any changes to these terms of service. Your continued use of IMU services under the revised terms of service will indicate your agreement and acceptance of the revised terms. You and IMU agree that any lawsuit arising from or related to IMU services must be filed within one year after the cause of the lawsuit occurred. Otherwise, such lawsuits will be permanently prohibited.
This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Hong Kong law, without regard to the principle of choice of law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this clause, including its existence, validity or termination, shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre ("HKIAC") for arbitration, and the arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the current arbitration rules of HKIAC, and the place of arbitration shall be Hong Kong.
